The UK is starting to clamp down on antisocial behaviour which would include harassment and stalking. Just because Harvey stopped when given a restraining order that does not mean she isn’t a stalker simply because most stalkers still continue.

Netflix made the error by calling this a “true story” instead of “based on a true story” Why would they go to the extreme?
